Please bring a filled out tax organizer that can be found on the "Contact Us" page of our website. prior year tax returns, current year tax information, and any other information that you may find pertinent to taxes.

We strive to get each tax return out as quickly as possible but also tailor to the needs of each client's situation. Your tax return will be placed on a list in the order it arrives to our firm. Therefore, by getting us your tax information in a timely manner, it will result in a faster turnaround time.  Sometimes, during the busier parts of tax season, the wait can be as much as three weeks or more. However, each return is prepared on a first-come-first-served basis and is given the detailed attention it requires. If your return cannot be completed by the tax filing deadline, you will be notified and an extension will be filed for you automatically. 

 Individual 1040 tax returns are billed on a standard basis starting at $299, and increase with the complexity of forms attached to your tax return (Schedule D, Schedule E, etc.). A Sole Proprietor  Schedule C business return starts at $475.  Corporations and partnerships costs are unique to each situation and can average around $1,120 - $2,000 or more. We will communicate to each client with any increasing costs that arise. Robert, Brenden, or Olivia will review your tax return with you if you would like. An appointment is required to do this. However, there is no extra charge. Note that returns that arrive in our office after March 15th will most likely not get an appointment until after April 20th.
